2. The award ceremony for the winners of the International Competition "The Most Beautiful Ahal-Teke Horse of the Year" was held at the Aba Annayev International Horse Breeding Academy in Arkadag with the participation of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. Ten elite Ahal-Teke horses of various colors reached the final of the competition, and the winner was the dun horse Melegush born in 2020. On behalf of the President, the owner of the winner was presented with the main prize - a Toyota Camry car, a challenge cup and an honorary diploma.
3. On 25-26 April 2025, a delegation of Turkmenistan led by the Minister of Culture Atageldi Shamyradov visited Erzurum, Turkey to attend the 6th ECO Ministerial Meeting on Tourism. During the meeting, issues of strengthening cooperation in the tourism sector were discussed, and the Minister emphasized the strategic importance of tourism for Turkmenistan, which has a rich natural and cultural heritage. Bilateral meetings were also held to develop a sustainable and prosperous tourism sector in the region.
4. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov met with the adviser to the Prince of Monaco, the founder of the organization "Peace and Sport" Joel Bouzou as part of the celebration of the National Day of the Turkmen Horse. They discussed the prospects for expanding cooperation in the sports sector, including following the recent visit of the delegation of Turkmenistan to Monaco. The parties expressed confidence that the talks will give bilateral relations a new qualitative development.
5. In Arkadag, within the framework of the celebration of the Day of the Ahal-Teke Horse, a new monument Taýçanak (Foal) and a reconstructed section of Ahalteke Atlary Avenue were opened. The square near the monument was decorated in the traditions of the Turkmen toy, the holiday was accompanied by performances by artists and music. The ceremony ended with the launch of multi-colored balloons into the sky - a symbol of peace and prosperity.

7. President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree appointing Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Japan Atadurdy Bayramov as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to New Zealand. By another decree, the head of state appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Türkiye Mekan Ishangulyev as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Tunisia.
8. The International Academy of Horse Breeding named after Aba Annayev in Arkadag hosted an award ceremony for the winners of the creative competition for the best artistic embodiment of the image of the Ahal-Teke horse. Prizes on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov were awarded in six nominations, including carpet fabric, an ensemble of horse decorations, paintings, sculptures and a video. 2. A group of scientists from the UK have announced a project to recreate the skin of a Tyrannosaurus rex using DNA fragments and collagen from the prehistoric predator. The key resource for the study will be a unique Tyrannosaurus rex fossil discovered in Montana in 1988, from which it was possible to extract a collagen fragment and even dinosaur blood proteins. The researchers have developed a method for reconstructing the complete collagen sequence and introducing genetic material into skin cells to grow the material in the laboratory. The ultimate goal of the project is to create a biologically identical Tyrannosaurus skin alternative to traditional leather production with high durability and biodegradability.
