Miwe OJSC, the leading agro-industrial enterprise of Turkmenistan, will act as a silver sponsor of the QACIS 2025 conference in Ashgabat.

The company, which has more than 8200 hectares of agricultural land in the Ahal province, recently achieved a significant milestone by becoming the first fruit producer in Turkmenistan to receive the prestigious international GLOBAL G.A.P. certificate for almond cultivation. This achievement officially confirms the compliance of the company's products with global standards of sustainable agriculture.

The agro-industrial association includes the Hemsaýa, Gök Bulut, Datly Miwe and Miweli Atyz companies, which specialize in various aspects of horticulture, processing and storage of products. The company's plantations grow a wide range of fruit crops, including apples, pears, persimmons, cherries, nectarines, plums, peaches and almonds, as well as vegetables - potatoes, cabbage, onions, carrots, garlic and pumpkins. Bananas are also grown in the company's greenhouses.

Miwe OJSC pays special attention to modern technologies: automated drip and linear irrigation systems have been introduced, and a digital irrigation management system is in operation. Products under the Erem brand undergo sublimation processing, which allows preserving the taste, aroma and nutrients of fruits throughout the year.

The company's participation as a silver sponsor of the QACIS 2025 conference underlines the commitment of Miwe OJSC to developing a culture of quality, transparency and environmental friendliness in the agricultural sector of Turkmenistan. The main goal of the conference itself is to create a platform for dialogue between international experts, representatives of business and government agencies on issues of standardization, certification and digital transformation.
